Customer Contract Admin Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities
- Pull customer sales data from BD’s systems and sales reports.
- Compare sales data against contractual commitments.
- Run contract shortfall analysis using the existing shortfall calculator in MS Excel.
- Propose solutions and insights to recover contract shortfalls based on analytics.
Experience Required
- Experience in business or financial analysis.
- Familiarity with managing and processing large amounts of data using MS Excel, including pivot tables and macros.
Skills & Certifications
- Business/financial acumen: Understanding of basics of Profit & Loss drivers such as price, volume (units), revenue, margin, etc.
- Analytical skills: Ability to manage and process large amounts of data in MS Excel, identify patterns, and use pivot tables and macros.
- Interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate data and information challenges effectively.
- Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and clear documentation.
- Basic knowledge of integrating different datasets in Excel.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- Strong understanding of business/financial concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
