Overnight Front Desk Concierge 11AM-7AM - Immediate Start

- Greet and assist residents/guests with inquiries and requests
- Monitor building security, including access control and surveillance
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally
- Assist with deliveries, packages, and visitor check-ins
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Respond to emergencies or incidents as needed
- Assist with events and transportation for residents as requested
- Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution
- Previous concierge, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay alert and professional throughout the shift
- Basic computer skills for emails, reports, and logging activity
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
