Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, personalized care and companionship to clients in their homes, following established care plans and protocols

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management

• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the healthcare team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare providers

• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and understanding in all interactions, upholding Maya Home Care's commitment to "My Care, May Way"

Requirements

• Minimum of 0 years of experience as a CHHA (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
