Job Title: Forklift Operator

Pay Rate: $16.50 to $17.50

Location: Keasbey, NJ 08832

Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | 1st and 2nd Shifts Available

Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operators to support warehouse operations. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for loading, unloading, moving, and stacking materials using a forklift, while ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse

• Load and unload shipments from trailers and containers

• Transport inventory to designated storage locations

• Perform routine equipment checks and report any mechanical issues

• Accurately follow pick tickets and load sheets

• Assist with inventory control and general warehouse duties as needed

Required Documentation (If applicable):

• Authorization to work in the United States

• Forklift certification (preferred but not required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting

• Familiarity with RF scanners or inventory systems

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 6 months of forklift operating experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• Basic math and organizational skills

• Must pass a forklift certification test (if not already certified)
