Human Resources Business Partner
Interstate Waste Services, a leader in non-hazardous waste management in the Northeast U.S., is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to anchor and facilitate HR strategies that support our mission of sustainable and efficient waste management solutions. The HRBP will act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, assess and anticipate HR-related needs, and seek to develop integrated solutions. This role requires a proactive approach, keen understanding of the waste management business environment, and ability to navigate complex human resources issues.
