Enterprise Systems Integration Manager
Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced technology leader to oversee enterprise system integrations and manage a team responsible for connecting business applications, improving data flow, and supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise integration strategy and architecture.
- Manage integration projects, priorities, and technical resources.
- Oversee integrations between internal business systems and third-party partners.
- Establish integration standards, governance, and operational support.
- Partner with business and IT teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and continuous process improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and support enterprise technology initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
- 7 years of enterprise systems integration experience.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience.
- Experience with APIs, middleware, EDI, and enterprise application integrations.
- Strong understanding of ERP and other enterprise business systems.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience with cloud technologies and integration platforms.
- Background supporting supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
- Agile experience and relevant technical certifications.
