**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** As a Warehouse Worker, you will operate sit-down forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies. You will load and unload trucks, stage materials for production, and organize warehouse inventory. Utilizing RF scanners and warehouse management systems, you will track shipments and inventory. You will also perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly. Maintaining clean and safe work areas in compliance with company safety standards is essential. Additionally, you will assist with general warehouse duties including pallet wrapping, labeling, and sanitation, while communicating effectively with the production, shipping, and quality team. **Responsibilities** + Operate sit-down forklifts to transport materials and goods. + Load and unload trucks and stage materials for production. + Organize warehouse inventory efficiently. + Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems for tracking. + Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues. + Maintain clean and safe work areas. + Assist with pallet wrapping, labeling, and sanitation. + Communicate effectively with various teams. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 1 year of forklift experience (stand-up reach truck experience preferred). + Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain). + High school diploma or equivalent. + Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in hot/cold conditions. + Strong attention to detail, time management, and safety awareness. + Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a competitive hourly wage with consistent 2nd shift hours. The position offers a competitive hourly wage based on experience. The work environment is clean and team-oriented, with a focus on safety and efficiency. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Edison, NJ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
