Calm Water & Bath is hiring a full-time Appointment Setter - Customer Service Specialist in Cherry Hill Township, NJ. This opportunity is perfect for motivated individuals who are ready to succeed.

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

You engage with homeowners in a confident, upbeat manner, managing a steady flow of outgoing calls while guiding conversations toward scheduling in-home consultations. You maintain a fast pace, consistently reaching 250 dials per day, and work with purpose to set at least 4 qualified appointments daily. You stay organized, ensure appointments are scheduled within 72 hours, and take pride in being the first positive interaction a homeowner has with the company.

We're looking for someone who can work evening and weekend shifts:

• Monday through Thursday: 3 pm - 8 pm
• Friday: 3 pm - 6 pm
• Saturday/Sunday 10 am - 4 pm
