Experienced Litigation Paralegal (NJ)
Haworth Barber & Gerstman is a growing Insurance Defense Litigation trial practice. Our team resides in New York and New Jersey and works on a wide variety of matters involving trucking, general liability, construction, product liability and more. We are seeking paralegals with 2+ years of Litigation experience for our Hackensack, New Jersey office.

Requirements:
- 2+ years handling litigation type matters.
- Self-motivated organizational and time management skills.
- A willingness to be responsive to attorneys when they call or email.
- A willingness to master your deadlines.
- A willingness to better our industry and your work environment.
- The ability to review and maintain files through trial.
- The ability to draft, obtain and follow-up on discovery including all medical records.
- The ability to draft, review and assemble motions.
- Must be technologically confident, comfortable using case management systems and effectively utilize available technology.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to coordinate attorney calendars.
- Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and adversaries.

Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience
