- Collaborate with supervisors to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide counseling services to individuals (adults and children), couples, and families under supervision.
- Maintain precise and confidential documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure coordinated care.
- Complete external documentation promptly and accurately.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions regularly.
- Meet with supervisors consistently for guidance and to fulfill licensure requirements.

**Qualifications:**

- Active Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) license in NJ.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in counseling or mental health services.
- Strong ability to connect with clients and build rapport.
- Preferably bilingual to effectively serve diverse populations.
