Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations to ensure strong service, food quality, and cleanliness
- Hire, train, coach, and retain managers and hourly team members
- Build a positive culture and maintain consistent standards and accountability
- Own financial performance: sales growth, labor, cost controls, and P&L results
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all health/safety regulations
- Oversee facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and local marketing/community engagement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience with full operational responsibility
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage sales, labor, and P&L performance
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Guest-focused with a passion for developing people and building culture
