What Youll Do:
As a Bilingual Onsite Forklift Trainer, youll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing exceptional service to both our client and temporary associates.
Job Duties:
- Conduct handson forklift operator training for new hires and current employees.
- Administer evaluations and certify operators deemed competent.
- Evaluate trainee performance through written tests and practical driving assessments.
- Deliver safety rules and equipment operation.
- Maintain accurate training records, test results, and certification expiration dates.
- Participate in trainings and meetings
- Perform daily safety observations and production walk-throughs
Job Requirements:
- Background in warehouse lead or supervision is needed
- Forklift experience a must!
- Bilingual English-Spanish
- Quick thinker, problem solver, and multi-tasker
- Staffing or onsite experience a plus!
- Ability to constantly walk throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation
Location: Cinnaminson, NJ
Hours / Salary
1st Shift / Weekly salary starting approximately $800
