Compensation Range: $70-80/hr W2

Job Description:
Lead and scale enterprise-wide AI initiatives by translating business needs into structured AI product and delivery outcomes within the AI Center of Excellence.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Meet with business units to identify AI opportunities and define value-driven solutions.

• Translate business goals into actionable AI product and delivery plans.

• Drive AI enablement through tools, platforms, and scalable solutions.

• Support governance alignment to ensure AI initiatives are secure, compliant, and standardized.

• Empower teams through workshops, training sessions, and self-service resources.

• Manage and prioritize multiple AI initiatives using Jira or similar tools.

• Partner with AI engineers, UX, and cloud teams to deliver solutions end-to-end.

• Mentor and guide a UX researcher (offshore) for product alignment.

• Collaborate with leadership on roadmap, prioritization, and AI strategy.

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • Strong product mindset (value-driven vs. task-driven project execution).

  • 5–10 years of experience in product management, delivery leadership, or group product roles.

  • Experience managing multiple products or platforms simultaneously.

  • Technical understanding of AI/LLMs and cloud-based environments (not necessarily hands-on coding).

  • Experience building or scaling software products from ideation to enterprise deployment.

  • Familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools.

  • Enterprise experience navigating governance, approvals, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Bachelor's degree required.

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in both enterprise and startup/scrappy environments.

  • Exposure to generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Replit, similar AI-enabled development tools).

  • AI product development experience (professional or personal projects).

  • Experience leading enablement programs or AI adoption initiatives.
