The Food Architects Retail Pizzeria and Cafe is a new fast casual dining experience bringing together the best of our most loved wildly popular items, as well as a new pizza concept. Serving our loyal fan-base as well as introducing our amazing food to new customers is our biggest goal! We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated General Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business, developing strategies to increase profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The General Manager will also be expected to create and implement policies and procedures that will help the business run more efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits.
• Create and manage budgets.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop marketing plans to increase customer base and revenue.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

We are seeking a General Manager Restaurant to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage kitchen personnel
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
