Remote Scheduler
Description
New Jersey IEC is looking for a Remote Scheduler to join our team in Somerset. This part-time position offers a flexible working environment where you can contribute to our mission while enjoying the benefits of remote work.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate scheduling for staff and clients
- Communicate effectively with team members to confirm appointments
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled events and activities
- Respond promptly to scheduling inquiries and changes
- Assist in the planning and organization of meetings and events
- Ensure efficient use of time and resources
- Collaborate with other departments to align schedules
- Utilize scheduling software and tools effectively
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in scheduling or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in scheduling software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
