Job SummaryThe HR Manager will be the dedicated HR leader for IMG’s wholly owned subsidiary, Assist America. The HR Manager will facilitate all aspects of HR for the US-based Assist America employees and will support the ongoing integration of Assist America into IMG. The integration work will include 1) documenting all existing Assist America HR policies, processes & procedures 2) developing and implementing a plan to harmonize Assist America and IMG policies, processes & procedures. This role is a key strategic and operational partner to both Assist American and IMG, responsible for ensuring HR programs, policies, and practices are compliant, effective, and aligned with company goals and regional requirements. The role requires strong knowledge of US employment law, experience working in a matrixed or parent-subsidiary environment, and the ability to operate effectively in a culturally diverse, fast-paced environment. The HR Manager will report directly to IMG’s Chief Human Resources Officer.

- Location: Princeton, NJ - In Office
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. IMG will not be providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this position.

HR Policies & Processes
- Fully document all existing HR policies, processes and procedures at Assist America
- Partner with IMG HR to develop and implement a plan to harmonize Assist America and IMG policies, processes & procedures – starting with migrating US Assist America employees to IMG’s HRIS, payroll and benefits
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
- Support compliance efforts across the US by partnering with other IMG HR leaders and external employment specialists
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to reflect legal and organizational changes
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders and managers
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and employee engagement
- Support leaders with people-related decision-making that is aligned to business strategy and regional HR priorities
- Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement processes, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes
- Coach managers on performance management, feedback, and employee development
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture
- Conduct full cycle recruiting for the US Assist America team, partnering with hiring managers and IMG Talent Acquisition as needed
- Manage full employee lifecycle; including onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
- Support annual compensation review processes, including salary benchmarking and bonus programs
- Answer employee questions about benefits, which are administered by the Assist America Finance Team
- Administer IMG benefits for Assist America employees once harmonization is complete
- Provide guidance on remuneration frameworks and compliance with local regulations
- Manage HR data, reporting, and metrics, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Work closely with global and regional HR teams to implement HR programs and initiatives
- Support HR projects related to growth, restructuring, acquisitions, or system implementations
- Partner with managers to identify development needs and promote continuous learning
- Contribute to engagement surveys, action planning, and regional people initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of New Jersey and US federal employment legislation and HR best practices
- Experience working in a matrixed or parent-subsidiary environment
- Experience in global organizations is an advantage
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities
- Ability to navigate cultural differences and work effectively across regions
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics
