Job Title: Tax Provision Manager
Location: Edison, NJ, US
Hybrid
Salary: $138,000 – $172,500 + bonus

Responsibilities

• Manage tax engagements from planning to completion
• Review corporate tax returns and identify tax-saving opportunities
• Lead and review ASC 740 tax provision work
• Supervise and mentor junior staff
• Handle client communication and maintain relationships
• Support tax research and respond to IRS/state inquiries

Key Requirements

• Active CPA (NY) or JD with active law license
• 4–7+ years of corporate tax experience
• Strong experience in ASC 740 (tax provisions) – preparation, review, or audit
• Experience in public accounting (Top 15 or large regional firm preferred)
• Experience working with large, multi-state or global companies
• Must currently be at Manager level (not Senior Associate)
• Stable work history (no frequent job changes)

Core Skills

• Corporate income tax compliance & consulting
• US GAAP and tax accounting knowledge
• State & local tax, international tax, and transfer pricing exposure
• Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills
• Experience managing engagements and teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with OneSource Tax Provision (OTP) software
