Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active RN license, valid in NJ
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an operating room setting
• Strong assessment, documentation, and clinical skills
• Experience collaborating in interdisciplinary teams is highly valued
• Ability to mentor and direct non-nursing staff in patient care settings
• BLS and ACLS certifications (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered care for surgical patients through all phases of operative procedures
• Complete thorough patient assessments and ensure detailed documentation
• Develop, implement, and monitor interdisciplinary treatment plans
• Deliver skilled clinical interventions in collaboration with surgical and anesthesia teams
• Assign and evaluate tasks performed by non-nursing direct care staff
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, adjusting care plans as needed
