You'll oversee all aspects of safety-from OSHA compliance and training to incident investigation and budget management.

Your Day to Day:

Lead Safety Programs: Develop, implement, and continuously improve regulatory and company safety programs (OSHA, NFPA, ANSI).

Policy Management: Create, review, and enforce plant safety policies and procedures.

Training Oversight: Assign, track, and report on all regulatory and safety training across the facility.

Workers Compensation: Manage cases including doctor visits, light duty assignments, reporting, and financial forecasting.

Hazard Identification: Train employees, conduct audits, develop corrective actions, and monitor progress.

Budget Control: Oversee the health & safety budget including PPE, supplies, and first aid resources.

Reporting: Prepare and present weekly/monthly safety performance reports.

Incident Response: Serve as Medical First Responder and lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and case management.

Change Management: Conduct safety reviews for Management of Change (MOC) processes.

Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support safety and compliance.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of safety leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, NFPA standards, and Workers Compensation laws.

Proven experience in hazard recognition, incident investigation, and case management.

Certified in First Aid, AED, and CPR.
