The Turning Point is an award-winning DAYTIME ONLY restaurant! With restaurant hours between 7:30am to 3pm, we offer our employees a better balance between work & Life. Who doesnt love to be home in time for dinner every night?

Respect : We provide a comprehensive Managerial training program for our new hires. Throughout your training there are weekly and biweekly follow-ups with the upper management team as well as our HR Manager to ensure you are having a positive experience. This collaboration ensures that you are learning all aspects of the Turning Point system and emphasizes the mutual respect we all have for each other.

After your training is complete, you will be placed in a restaurant. Individual store operations lie under your control with the assistance and guidance of your District Manager. Providing top leadership to your team members and laser focused on guest satisfaction will be mandatory requirements.

Manager Information & Responsibilities to include (not exclusive to):

Daily management of 1 shift. No need to ask staff to work a double when you close at 3
No close / open shifts for our managers.
Work alongside the FOH and BOH staff.
Conduct one full inventory for each period.
Full transparency on the financial performance of the restaurant for your performance-based compensation.
Fully implemented technology solutions to help you do your job.
Support & communication that is timely and helpful without intruding on your personal time.
Relocation opportunities within the states we operate in.
Consistently seek out and hire exceptional team members

Present and develop growth opportunities for your team members.
Provide the ideal Turning Point experience for our guests from start to finish.

Qualifications:

Prior restaurant experience preferred (but not required)
Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team
Work effectively in partnerships
Professional verbal & written communication skills
Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude

Schedule:

Day shifts only
Available to work on Holidays and Weekends
Opportunity for occasional weekends off through approved shift swaps, when staffing permits

Compensation Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year with the ability to earn more with performance bonuses.
