Tuscan Dairy Packager Operator

Tuscan Dairy has three openings for a Packager Operator for our Refrigerated Cooler!

Schedule of Openings:

1. 1 2nd Shift Opening: 5:30 pm - 2 am, Days off Sunday/Monday
2. 1 2nd Shift Opening: 5:30 pm - 2 am, Days off Sunday/Tuesday
3. 1 2nd Shift Opening: 5:30 pm - 2 am, Days off Sunday/Wednesday

Overall Job Responsibilities:

• Perform any combination of receiving, storing, and distributing tasks to assist in the distribution of product
• Pull and stack product based on daily orders
• Meet specifics of customer orders in a timely manner
• Maintain keeping products separated, organized, and in good rotation
• Support preventative maintenance plans
• Monitor product quality frequently and report problems to mitigate safety issues
• Complete production and quality logs
• Furnish accurate counts on load tags
• Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible, and accurate format and completed with required information
• Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP's
• Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
• Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
• Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

Our Operators for this position can make up to:

• $25.43 per hour
