About the Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering multi-discipline design projects ranging from $5M to $100M. This role involves leading projects for government and institutional clients across healthcare, defense, justice, infrastructure, and research sectors. The successful candidate will bring strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance technical execution with client engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, financial performance, and client communication.

• Lead design efforts from planning through construction across multi-discipline teams.

• Facilitate project team meetings, report progress to leadership, and coordinate across offices.

• Conduct internal peer reviews and oversee multi-discipline page turns to ensure design quality.

• Collaborate with subconsultants and internal design managers.

• Support business development efforts, including proposals, capture plans, and client engagement.

• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to client satisfaction.

• Support quality assurance and compliance with formal project standards.

• Assist in developing project fees and supporting strategic pursuits.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required).

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, but not required.

• 8+ years of experience managing design projects, ideally for government or institutional clients.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across varied phases.

• Experience building and maintaining client relationships.

• Willingness to travel as needed to client sites.
