Reach Truck Operator 1st and 3rd Shift

Equipment Operator (Raymond Reach & Forklift) Location: Sayreville, NJ

Available Shifts (Choose what works for you):

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM | $19.00 / hour
• 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 8:00 PM – 5:30 AM | $20.00 / hour

Note on Schedule: Flexibility is huge here. Shifts can extend up to 12 hours depending on workload, and the first week of every month requires a mandatory 6-day work week. Overtime is a regular part of the gig!

What’s the Job? We are looking for skilled, safety-minded Warehouse Equipment Operators to join the team at a busy, fast-paced distribution facility. This isn't just a standard warehouse job—we need people who know their way around heavy machinery and can hit the ground running. You’ll be handling everything from put-aways and replenishment to picking orders and keeping inventory moving.

The Gear You’ll Be Running:

• Raymond Reach Trucks & I-Warehouse machines
• Exp w sit down forklifts, cherry pickers, or double pallet jacks is a plus!

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Experience: At least 1–2 years of proven experience operating Raymond Reach Trucks and utilizing RF scanners.
• Tech & Communication: Comfort using a headset for automated, computer-generated picking instructions (all instructions are in English). You'll also need basic computer skills.
• The Right Gear: You must have your own steel-toe boots.
• Grit: This is a physically demanding role in a facility that is not temperature-controlled. You’ve got to be okay with the heat in the summer and the cold in the winter.
• Reliability: You need dependable transportation to get to work every day on time.
