Live Chat Agent
Job Description:
The Live Chat Agent position at QP Group involves providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat communication. The role requires handling various inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns efficiently and effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance and support
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate information
- Identify and assess customer needs to satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Utilize CRM systems and tools to document customer interactions and maintain records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment > Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Previous experience in live chat support is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $20.50 to $23.00 per hour
