Outside Sales Representative Home Remodeling Pro

This is a full-time, W-2 sales position with unlimited potential. Youll meet pre-qualified homeowners, deliver powerful in-home presentations, and close high-value deals on roofing, windows, siding, and more. With no commission cap, top performers are earning well over $200,000 per year!

Compensation:

• $90,000 $225,000/year potential
• Average first-year earnings: $100,000 $150,000
• Bi-Weekly pay + commission + performance bonuses
• $1,000$3,000 commission per sale (no cap!)

What Youll Do:

• Present solutions to homeowners that protect, enhance, and add value to their homes
• Visit scheduled appointments (no cold calling!)
• Educate customers on product benefits and financing options
• Close sales with confidence and clarity
• Build lasting customer relationships that turn into referrals and repeat business
• Participate in ongoing paid training to sharpen your edge and boost your career

What Were Looking For:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including evenings/weekends)
• A go-getter attitude and self-motivation to win
• Sales experience and/or home improvement knowledge is a plus, but not required we train you!
