Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Low Voltage team. This role requires a strong understanding of low voltage systems (CCTV, access control, AV, networking, etc.) and the ability to manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and resources. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications and safety standards (OSHA).
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Track project progress and proactively address risks or delays
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders
Financial Management
- Monitor project costs, including labor and materials
- Support financial performance through accurate billing, forecasting, and change order management
Quality & Safety
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards and OSHA safety regulations
- Promote a culture of safety across all project sites
Documentation & Closeout
- Maintain project documentation including logs, reports, and RFIs
- Prepare and deliver complete project closeout and turnover packages

Schedule
- This is an in-person, full-time exempt position in our Lakewood office. Employees are expected to manage their schedules to fulfill role responsibilities and company needs, which may occasionally require work outside standard business hours.
Salary
- $65,000–$85,000 annually

REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- 2–3 years of project coordination or project management experience within the Low Voltage industry
- Experience supporting large-scale commercial projects in a fast-paced environment
Technical Knowledge
- Basic understanding of low voltage systems (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, AV, security, networking)
- Strong proficiency with computers and project management tools
Project Coordination Skills
- Scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities
Communication Skills
- Strong client-facing abilities
- Clear and professional communication with leadership and stakeholders
