Administrative Assistants– Lakewood/Brick area and Freehold
We have 2 openings for Administrative professionals.
Two of our clients are seeking Administrative Assistant to join their teams
Successful candidates are:
- Professional and detail-oriented
- Strong communicators with excellent phone and email etiquette
- Organized and able to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Reliable team players with a positive attitude
- Prior administrative or office experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
Responsibilities may Include
- Scheduling, and appointments
- Answering phones and greeting clients or visitors
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
- Filing, recordkeeping, and database management
- Coordinating meetings and office operations
- Supporting management and departmental staff
- Handling confidential information professionally
