Run Coach
The Run Coach at Fitometry Health Club assumes an integral role in guiding our members towards maximizing their athletic capabilities in a safe and effective manner. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passionate commitment to the Fitometry mission and possess an innate ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their personal running goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and manage training programs for members of varying fitness levels.
- Conduct group running sessions effectively and efficiently.
- Provide constant guidance and feedback on members’ running form and techniques to ensure their safety and efficiency during workouts.
- Monitor progress of each member, adapt programs as needed, and provide periodic fitness assessments.
- Organize program schedules, manage individual appointments and handle members’ inquiries about the running program.
Qualifications:
- Certified Group Fitness Instructor from a recognized industry organization.
- A minimum of two years of experience in coaching or a related field.
- Strong understanding of physiology, training program development, and sport-specific requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
