• Previous automotive appointment coordination, BDC, service scheduling, or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to handle high call volumes and manage scheduling efficiently
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Experience with dealership management systems is a plus
