What You'll Actually Do

You'll meet homeowners, assess their HVAC needs, and guide them to the right solution. This isn't pushy sales-it's consultative, with a clear path to helping customers make confident decisions.

You'll:

• Run in-home sales appointments
• Build rapport quickly and earn trust
• Diagnose comfort and system issues
• Present clear options and help close the sale
• Coordinate with install teams to ensure smooth execution

Top performers in this role often:

• Close 30–50%+ of leads
• Generate $2–$3M+ in annual revenue
• Maintain strong average ticket values
