TITLE: TRADEMARK PARALEGAL

About the Role

Boutique corporate law firm serving early-stage and mid-market companies is seeking an experienced Trademark Paralegal to manage U.S. trademark matters from clearance through registration, maintenance, and enforcement.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented IP professional who enjoys client interaction and handling sophisticated trademark work in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct trademark searches and clearance research
• Prepare and file U.S. trademark applications
• Draft and respond to USPTO Office Actions
• Manage trademark portfolios, deadlines, and docketing
• Handle USPTO correspondence
• Assist with oppositions, disputes, and enforcement matters
• Track filing deadlines and maintain organized client files
• Communicate directly with clients

Qualifications:

• Two (2+) years of Trademark Paralegal experience
• Strong experience with trademark prosecution and USPTO filings
• Experience with trademark disputes and enforcement preferred
• Familiarity with trademark management software (Huski.ai a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certificate preferred
