Now Hiring: Lead Teachers – Toddler & Preschool Classroom
We’re looking for nurturing, dedicated, and enthusiastic early childhood educators to join our team! We currently have openings for:

• Toddler Teacher (18 months – 2.5 years)
• Preschool Teacher (2.5 – 3.5 years)

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll be responsible for creating a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment that supports each child’s growth and learning. You’ll plan and implement daily lessons, maintain communication with families, and work collaboratively with your classroom team.

Schedule: Shifts vary between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Duties

• Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans using the creative curriculum and monthly themes.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment.
• Assess children’s progress and maintain communication with families.
• Collaborate with colleagues and administration to ensure program success.
• Follow state licensing requirements and center policies.
• Cleanliness and upkeep of classroom.

Requirements

• CDA or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood (preferred).
• Experience in a child care setting in the rooms applying for.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Warm, professional, and team-oriented approach.
