Payments- Gaming Product Associate

As a Senior Market and Product Expansion Associate in Gaming Product Group, you contribute significantly to your team’s success and help administer the regulatory requirements for our Payments products. You work across the organization, build critical relationships, and assist in preparing the go to market approach .
Job responsibilities
- Supports the team on market analyses to evaluate market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behavior
- Develops a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively tailor collateral to specific markets and segments
- Applies the defined regulatory testing procedures and uses discretion to identify and respond to complex cases when it is unclear whether a product meets market requirements
- Contributes to the development of the regulatory process and identifies inefficiencies for product improvements
- Builds and maintains working relationships with stakeholders across distinct functions including Legal, Risk, Compliance Operations, and Technology
- Assist in administration of formal Forums and Controls according to Firm policy and documented procedures.
- Assist in maintaining product documentation across multiple delivery channels.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working in Product, Technology, or Project Management
- Developing knowledge of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements
- Experience in developing and executing regulatory testing procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience and proficiency in MS SharePoint
- Experience with or personal interest in Regulated or Video Gaming
- Strong attention to detail and execution of procedural requirements.
