We’re looking for a seasoned MSP IT Director to be the heartbeat of this transformation. You’ll be the senior -most technical leader onsite, guiding strategy, solving complex problems, and building trust with executive stakeholders. You won’t just manage systems—you’ll shape the future of how this organization thinks about technology.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
🏗 Architecting the Future You’ll lead the design and implementation of modern infrastructure—from LAN/WAN networks and firewalls to Microsoft 365, Citrix, and virtual desktops. You’ll be the go-to expert for escalations, solution design, and security posture.
📊 Running the Show Day-to-day operations will be in your hands. You’ll manage service tickets, mentor onsite techs, and ensure SLA compliance.
🤝 Building Relationships That Matter You’ll sit at the table with the client’s executive leadership, translating tech into strategy and vision. You’ll lead planning sessions, communicate risks and opportunities, and become a trusted advisor in every sense of the word.
🎯 What Makes You Right for This Role
You’ve spent 10–15+ years in IT support, systems engineering, or field services—ideally in MSP or healthcare.
You’ve led teams, mentored talent, and handled senior -level escalations with confidence.
You’re fluent in:
Windows Server & Active Directory
Microsoft 365 & Azure
Networking (firewalls, VLANs, wireless)
Endpoint management, VoIP, and Citrix
Security frameworks and infrastructure architecture
You hold certifications like CCNA/CCNP, MCSE/Azure Admin, and maybe even PMP or ITIL.
You’re a communicator, a strategist, and a hands-on problem solver.
You thrive in high-visibility environments and love turning chaos into clarity.

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $136000.00/yr.
I will be receiving the benefits package soon.
