Field Service Manager
In this key leadership role, you will be managing multiple, fast-paced projects every day. Dispatching our expert Service Technicians who skillfully service and repair exterior lighting and signs for businesses of all sizes. Maintaining excellent communication with our customers throughout the project. Reviewing and closing out work orders. Confirming key performance criteria have been achieved. Following up with the customer to confirm their expectations have been exceeded.
Key Functions
To provide an exceptional customer service experience with each and every opportunity.
Own every service call from the time you get it until it is closed out and invoiced.
Develop and execute a detailed scheduling plan for all projects, small and large.
Communicate with customers and staff on job status and target service dates, then incorporate this information into current schedules.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
An unrelenting drive to succeed and win, sense of urgency and passion for excellence
Strong organizational and time management skills to accommodate competing priorities
Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering or business-related field
Must have a strategic vision and thorough understanding of field service activities
At least 5 years of recent service management experience
Commercial sign / electrical experience, a must.
