We are seeking a Medical Receptionist, with experience to work full-time.

You will be part of an amazing team of hard-working, lively, enthusiastic professionals, working in a cutting-edge facility. You will perform front desk duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility and greeting patients.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones in a high call volume environment
• Schedule patient appointments in an EHR system
• Verify patient insurance eligibility
• Accurate recording of patients' information
• Greet patients coming into the practice
• Check out patients leaving the practice
• Explain services offered to patients
• Take on admin duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Strong written skills
• Ability to clearly communicate with patients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
