Client Service Associate
Responsibilities include:
- Producing client, consultant, and prospective client reports
- Assisting in preparing and managing RFPs and questionnaires by drafting responses, producing requested data and reports, and assembling detailed support information
- Assisting in preparing and managing email campaigns
- Updating and helping manage consultant databases
- Using third-party portfolio analysis systems to gather data and create reports
- Assisting in preparing materials for client, consultant, and prospective client meetings
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, Math or related field
- 3+ years of related experience in a fast-paced corporate office environment, preferably in the finance industry
- Experience with RFPs preferreds
- Exposure to portfolio and/or performance analysis software a plus
- Familiarity with investment performance and portfolio characteristics data
- Attention to detail
- Strong project and time management skills
- Excellent computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Outlook
- Team player
