Patient Care Representative
Overview:

As a valued member of our team, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional patient care and keeping our clinic running smoothly. Plus, you'll get to travel between our four Monmouth County locations and be part of something special!

Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients with a smile : Make sure every patient feels comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk in.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism : Take messages and provide accurate information with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs : Ensure the process is smooth and hassle-free for every patient.
- Coordinate appointments : Schedule and confirm appointments promptly, keeping everything running on time.
- Verify insurance and update patient info : Ensure accurate and up-to-date records to make the process seamless.
- Collect co-pays and payments : Do so with precision and a friendly approach.
- Master our EHR system : Use it to maintain accurate patient records and help our practice run efficiently.
- Manage referrals and authorizations : Ensure our patients have access to care without delay.
- Support continuity of care : Manage confirmation calls and patient recalls to keep our services smooth and seamless.
Qualifications:
- People person : You’re friendly, professional, and love interacting with patients and the team.
- Super organized : You juggle tasks with ease and have an eagle eye for detail.
- Tech-savvy : You’re comfortable with computers and electronic health records.
- Customer service experience : Previous experience in a medical office, retail, or hospitality
- Adaptable and positive : You thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep a positive attitude no matter what.
- Bonus points : Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, and scheduling. Bilingual? Even better!
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexibility is key, and we might need you occasionally on weekends or evenings!)
