We are currently seeking a full-charge bookkeeper! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate, organized financial records. If you have a strong background in accounting, a passion for numbers, and a proactive attitude, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

· Record day-to-day financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.

· Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.

· Onboard and input new clients into accounting and management systems.
· Maintain current bank balances and manage cash flow for bill payments.

· Account reconciliations to assert the accuracy of transactions.

· Prepare basic financial statements and reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

· Assist with payroll processing and the preparation and filing of tax returns.

· Ad hoc accounting and/or bookkeeping tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.


• Knowledge of GAAP principles


• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, required


• Extensive experience with QuickBooks Pro (desktop version)

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Pro and Microsoft Excel (including formulas)


• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.


• Excellent time management and organizational skills.


• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.


• High degree of integrity and trustworthiness.


• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Teams, Office, Outlook, Word)


• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
