Medical Science Liaison - Radiology - Midwest/Great Lakes Region
- This Medical Science Liaison (MSL) - Radiology role is a remote, field-based contract opportunity where you'll be the scientific expert for radiology products, primarily contrast media. You'll educate healthcare providers, build relationships with leading radiologists, and gather insights from the field. This role requires a strong scientific background (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent), some MSL experience, and significant travel (up to 40%) within an assigned region. You'll act as a crucial link between the company and medical professionals, ensuring accurate scientific exchange and supporting product understanding.

education: Doctorate responsibilities:
- Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Radiology is responsible for providing scientific and objective medical information to healthcare providers and researchers in therapeutic areas of interest to Radiology.
- The MSL s responsible for developing and executing clinical/medical education strategies and providing training via in person, virtual and hybrid environments.
- MSL serves as medical and scientific support in the field for healthcare providers ensuring safe and effective use of products including timely adverse event reporting and responses to unsolicited requests for detailed product, and disease state information.
- The MSL also develops a complete understanding of national and regional experts/thought leaders in specific therapeutic categories and the healthcare environment in which they work.
- MSL assists customers with best practices and a deep understanding of Radiology workflow.
- The MSL will collaborate with internal business partners as an expert consultant to meet specific scientific needs of internal and external contacts within specific therapeutic and geographic areas.
- The MSL will represent the company at scientific conferences, symposiums, and medical meetings.
- This is a remote role that will require up to 50% travel within the assigned territory with minimal overnight travel.
qualifications:
- Education: PharmD, MD, Ph.D, MBBS, or equivalent
- Location: Must currently reside in KS, NE, SD, or CO ; no relocation assistance is provided for this role
- Experience: Requires 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL)
- Travel: Ability to travel 40%-50% within the territory via personal vehicle or commercial flight, with limited overnight stays
- Work Type: Remote/Field-based position requiring a reliable personal vehicle for regional site visits
