Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Flanders, NJ

Pay: $16.75

Job Description

We are seeking diligent and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Worker. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and order in the production area and ensuring the efficient flow of operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to transport materials, components, and finished products across the facility.
• Load and unload goods from trucks and place them in designated storage areas.
• Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing shipments.
• Perform daily equipment checks and report any maintenance needs.
• Support production operations by cross training in various areas as needed.
• Sweep production floor regularly to maintain cleanliness.
• Dispose of cardboard and other waste materials into designated dumpsters.
• Ensure both production and dumpster areas are kept clean and organized.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and general labor.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Forklift experience is a plus, not required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.75 - $16.75/hr.
