Job Description:
We are seeking a Change & Training Coordinator to support employee change initiatives and manage training logistics for a large transformation project. This role requires strong data analysis, communication, and organizational skills to ensure smooth coordination, reporting, and training delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
You will collaborate with project leaders, trainers, cross-functional teams, and vendors to manage change adoption, support communications, and oversee event logistics.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Gather, consolidate, and analyze survey data to identify themes and support needs.

Maintain implementation KPIs, ensuring accurate weekly and monthly reporting.

Support Change & Adoption Leads in preparing senior-level meeting materials and huddle call follow-ups.

Manage training logistics including scheduling, communications, and participant coordination.

Oversee logistics for events: timelines, venues, invitations, and RSVPs.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, trainers, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment.

Track budgets, manage purchase orders, and monitor project spend.

Support facilitation logistics for NEO team events.

Assist in preparing presentation materials, event briefs, and communications.
Requirements (Must Haves):

Bachelor's degree required.

3–5 years of experience in project support, change coordination, or training logistics.

Written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with event planning and coordination.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.

Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
Nice to Haves:

Experience with large transformation projects.

Familiarity with BI reports or KPI tracking tools.

Strong presentation-building skills (PowerPoint).

Prior experience in training program coordination or adoption/change management.
