Compensation : $85K-90K

Overview :
The Supply Operations, Operational, Excellence and Delivery, leads and facilitates the management of vendors, ancillary supplies, devices, equipment and budgets for Clinical Development & Operations (CDO) for their assigned Therapeutic Area. The incumbent will lead, manage and ensure the accuracy of clinical trial ancillary Site order and shipments, Purchase Order (PO) creation, invoice coding and payments, maintain information and processes related to contracts.

• Lead and facilitate the management of vendors, supplies, devices, equipment, and budgets for Clinical Development & Operations (CDO) within the assigned Therapeutic Area.
• Manage supply processes including order review, purchase order creation, invoice coding, and shipment coordination from trial start-up to close-out.
• Liaise with clinical sites to ensure appropriate supplies and printed materials are available, adhering to Sunshine Act requirements.
• Source, procure, and oversee ancillary supplies, equipment, and print materials, including obtaining quotes, facilitating purchase orders, and updating supply status.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies, process guides, and continuous process improvements for supply management.
• Coordinate temperature monitoring device calibration and maintain documentation.
• Support onboarding and training for new team members, including developing training materials and processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve shipping, invoicing, and payment discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
• Lead ad hoc projects related to process improvements and supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure quality, delivery, and supplier performance standards are met across all clinical trial sites.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze and support supply planning and decision-making processes.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supplies management, preferably within clinical supplies or related areas.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated teamwork and independent contribution skills.
• Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing deadlines efficiently.
• Strong interest in developing relationships with suppliers and internal groups.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and quality focus.
• Effective communicator with problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work well under pressure and take initiative.
• Results-driven with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate globally.
