Plant Floor Manufacturing Supervisor

In Totowa, NJ, we’re looking for a Plant Floor Manufacturing Supervisor to guide day-to-day operations and keep production moving with safety, quality, and efficiency at the forefront. Multiple shift options are available.
Your Mission
Keep the line running at its best—people aligned, processes controlled, and problems solved before they become issues.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee and coordinate daily production tasks to meet output commitments.
- Lead, mentor, and train team members to build a high-performing culture.
- Track processes in real time and adjust resources to optimize flow.
- Champion safety and quality compliance throughout the operation.
- Work cross-functionally to remove roadblocks and improve handoffs.
- Document activities accurately and provide clear reports to management.
- Introduce and sustain continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity.
What You’ll Need
- Hands-on supervisory experience in a manufacturing production environment.
- Team leadership strengths—coaching, delegation, and accountability.
- Sharp problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Understanding of production methods and quality control standards.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and pivot with evolving priorities.
- Preferred: a degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related discipline.

On-site at our Totowa, NJ facility.
