- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process shipments accurately (UPS, FEDEX, USPS)
- Pack fragile and specialty items securely
- Operate POS system and handle cash transactions
- Provide printing, copying, mailbox services and fax services
- Assist with inventory tracking and supply management
- Resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized store
- Follow company procedures for accuracy and security
