The Patient Care Coordinator supports patient flow, scheduling, and administrative coordination while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and patient inquiries
- Schedule appointments and verify insurance
- Follow up with patients and coordinate required testing and appointments
- Support physician scheduling and calendar management
- Maintain electronic notes and patient records
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of medical office experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High School Diploma required
Additional Details:
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Onsite
