Consumer Success Manager plays a crucial role in two key aspects. The roll directly enables consumers to achieve their everyday health through 1:1 interactions with Haleon brands. On the other hand, the role is enabling the company to understand consumer problems and feedback and make interventions, so consumers keep being loyal to our brands.
The Consumer Success Manager must work across technology, operations and business stakeholder groups to progress the prioritization, development optimization and success of the technology and related processes that underpin the Global Consumer Relations portfolio of work, seeking to optimize for both business efficiency as well as positive consumer experience. Each individual Consumer Success Manager assumes a flexible portfolio of global topics to cover, based on business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering success for consumers by overseeing the on-going consumer engagement services with third party vendors and representing voice of consumers to our Business Units colleagues to deliver success for consumer
Business Partnering and Consumer Experience Consultant to the assigned Business Units colleagues
Service owner delivered through the partners.
Ambassador of consumers, stakeholders, and vendors to other colleagues.
Creation of the new services and digital products to deliver better value to the Business Unit colleagues and consumers through deep human understanding.
Service and product ownership
Ensuring the GCR's productivity and focus through:
People leadership:
Developing and motivating team members.
Productivity enablers and vendor management
Designing, managing, and enabling governance amongst team members and with the stakeholders.
Risk and issue management.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Excellent organizational skills
Professional written and verbal communication skills - particular attention to simple use of language and absence of errors
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills paired with hands-on attitude, excellent attention to detail, and good business judgment.
Ability to handle fast-paced environment subject to significant change: flexible and able to work on own initiative (including presenting ideas for stakeholder evaluation and buy-in).
Experience working in Customer Service / Customer Experience environment, ideally in a regulated (GxP) process.
Salesforce experience

The expected salary range for this role is: $97,400 - $140,000.
