Summary:

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the HVAC and Plumbing department for a growing $25M company. Reporting directly to the CEO and CFO, this role is responsible for overseeing all operations within the department, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing HVAC and plumbing operations, with a focus on strategic growth and team leadership. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the HVAC and Plumbing department, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, drive growth, and maintain high standards of quality.
• Collaborate with the CEO and CFO on long-term planning, including budgeting and forecasting for the department.
• Monitor department KPIs and financial performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to achieve optimal results.
