Lead Software Engineer

Hamilton Township, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

We’re seeking a hands-on Lead Software Engineer to design, build, and support modern, cloud-based applications in a highly regulated environment. This role combines senior-level development with technical leadership and ownership of end-to-end solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design and development of scalable, secure full-stack applications

• Build cloud-native solutions using .NET and modern frontend frameworks

• Own architecture, implementation, deployment, and production support

• Establish engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and coding standards

• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across initiatives

• Ensure systems meet validation, security, and compliance requirements

What You Bring

• 8+ years of software development experience, including strong .NET expertise

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)

• Strong AWS cloud experience; Azure exposure a plus

• Expertise with APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, and CI/CD

• Experience modernizing or migrating on-prem applications to the cloud
