Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Pharmacy Technician position is available with a leading closed-door pharmacy dedicated to helping patients access innovative therapies. This temp-to-perm role offers dynamic work in a fast-paced environment supporting a high volume of prescriptions.

Location:

• Sayreville, New Jersey

Schedule:

• Variable schedule including day and mid shifts
• Approximately two closing shifts per week
• Operating hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from patients and healthcare providers
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and physicians, assisting with order processing and inquiries
• Accurately enter prescription data and maintain detailed patient, physician, and prescription records
• Identify and report any adverse events following company protocols
• Support the pharmacy team in various operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in New Jersey
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Pharmacy Technician, with a preference for mail order or closed-door pharmacy experience; retail experience is also acceptable
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to handle high-volume calls efficiently and professionally
• Stable work history without frequent job changes in recent years

Pharmacy Software:

• Experience with Prime Rx is beneficial but not required
